  • Cloud Hosting Data: When utilizing Tally on Cloud services, your data directories are hosted in secure server environments. We do not inspect, monetize, or access your accounts or financial records unless explicitly requested for maintenance or migration support.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver, activate, and manage your TallyPrime licensing and subscription services.
  • To respond to customer support requests and diagnose system or database issues.
  • To configure, optimize, and secure your Tally on Cloud hosting server environment.
  • To notify you about official updates, compliance requirements, or annual TSS renewals.

We deploy standard security practices, including network firewalls, strict role-based folder access, and data encryption protocols. Tally on Cloud customer databases are hosted on ISO/IEC 27001 certified cloud environments with automated daily backups. We retain client account data only as long as necessary to fulfill licensing obligations and statutory requirements.

We share license activation details only with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (the manufacturer of TallyPrime) for official product registration. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third-party marketing companies under any circumstances.
