TallyPrime & Licensing
TallyPrime Silver is a Single-User edition designed for a single computer. TallyPrime Gold is a Multi-User edition designed for multiple computers on a Local Area Network (LAN) where multiple users can access and work on the data concurrently.
TSS is a subscription-based service that gives you access to regular product upgrades (like statutory compliance updates, e-invoicing, e-way bills), remote data access, and cloud reports. While your offline license does not expire, renewing TSS annually is highly recommended to stay compliant and access the latest features.
Tally on Cloud
Tally on Cloud hosts your TallyPrime software and data on a secure virtual machine setup (AWS/Azure/E2E). You can log in securely using a remote client app or web browser from anywhere in the world. Your data is protected by daily automated backups, end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and strict firewall configurations.
Yes, you need a valid TallyPrime Single User (Silver) or Multi User (Gold) license. The cloud hosting setup acts as the virtual environment. Depending on your number of active concurrent remote users, you will pay a per-user subscription fee for the cloud platform.
Technical Support & Integration
Yes, we specialize in custom integrations. TallyPrime features robust XML/JSON API interfaces. We configure automatic sync tools or customize XML handlers to import sales orders, sync inventory, and push client updates from custom portals, WooCommerce, Shopify, or external CRM platforms directly into Tally.
